We currently have the following open position:

(Senior) ROS Software Programmer

We are seeking a Software Programmer with experience in ROS (Robot Operating System) to join our team. You will work on the development and continuous improvement of the Software that powers our autonomous robots, contributing to the revolution of automated delivery in urban environments more efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain ROS software (versions 1 and 2) for the control and navigation of autonomous robots.

  • Participate in the development of new functionalities and improvements in the autonomous delivery system.

  • Perform testing and debugging of code to ensure reliability and efficiency of the software.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in Software programming using ROS (v1 and v2).

  • Advanced knowledge of Linux – Ubuntu.

  • Advanced knowledge of programming in C++ and Python.

  • Experience programming odometry estimation algorithms; SLAM; and perception systems based on LiDAR and cameras (RGB and RGBD).

  • Experience developing control and navigation algorithms for mobile robots.

  • Familiarity with collaborative development and version control environments.

  • Teamwork skills.

  • English level B2.
